What this website collects about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 13 October 2026.

When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, the message itself, and optionally your company, phone number and the service you're asking about. We also record the IP address and browser details the message came from, so we can spot and block spam.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Your message is delivered by email to our own business mailbox. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep normal business records.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and how people find us. Its cookies are off until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics may still receive basic, cookieless signals (such as a page having been viewed) without identifying your browser. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Google processes analytics data on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa.
If you use the sun/moon button in the header, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn't sent to us.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
Under South African data protection law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Email hello@immersiveit.co.za and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
